The human race has an inescapable commitment with same himself: to

the brutality over the physical force.

- Gratefulness to AMALIA FAITH by its valuable and opportune
aid to turn in fact tangible, this project on UNIVERSAL La Paz, that
was being developed during long time in the Matrix of the Cosmos,
until being born today, erected in light guides luminous to indicate
the way by which happening of the humanity will journey.
MEANING Or DEFINITION OF The WORD PEACE.
PEACE,is the existence of individual and collective mental and
material conditions that guarantee the overcoming of the human race,
within a socioeconomic or cultural scheme, in which each person can
contribute to the agreed comunida one to its capcidad and in return to
receive from this one benefits to the measurement of its necessities.
PRAYER FOR THE PEACE
We invoked
to the human beings,
through its thinking capacity,
to unify efforts to work
by the supremacy of The Peace,
in this beautiful habitat
that it furrows calmly
the unfathomable Cosmos:
THE EARTH.
Of which we are its heirs
and permanent usufructuarios.
We insisted
to rescue the intrínsic value
of the human race,
doing that the power of intelligence
surpass to the one of the arms
and that the practice of the love to the fellow
be mainly bellicosity.
We invited
to laborarar in harmony
by the imperative purpose
to obtain that the nations
be governed
by one it structures political-admnistrative
that it distributes equality of opportunities
for the material and cultural development
of all its associate,
endonde each person
she contributes to the community
according to its capacity
and in return she receives from this one
to the measurement of its necessities.
We demanded
to the political religions, parties
and other Citizen Organizations,
to compact and to orient its energies
in order to eradicate definitively:
The MISERY And The IGNORANCE
- supports of the slavery -;
The HUNGER And The DISEASES
- causes of the human suffering -.
We ordered
to the inhabitants of this Planet
to elevate its social and spiritual evolution
with the objective to collaborate
in the construction of an Orb
that he is generous and warm refuge
all the living beings
and thus to reach the sublime goal
to be in a World beyond the wars.

FACTORS THAT DISTURB THE PEACE
1º. - The deficiency of an education, within whose cultural
parameters orientaciòn and preparation of the man are accentuated to
solve their conflicts by means of the dialogue and the agreement.
2º. - The incomplete exercise of the freedom, in paises in where still
the rezagos of the slavery peristen, as the obligatory military
service, that it causes "cheap meat of tube", which excites to the
regimes of guerrerista inclination to invent unnecessary
confrontations.
3º. - The lack of commitment with the solution of the basic and
elementary problems of the community on the part of those who holds
the political-administrative power.
FATIGUE OF PEACE(Poetry)
You will get tired
looking for La Paz,
in the empty stomachs;
in you cold ends
of the bayonets and guns
that they maintain the tyrant ones.
You will get tired
looking for the peace
in the religions
that that erected their temples
in petrified dogmas;
in the parties
with its caudillos
of weak clay
that they deceive the towns
You will not find peace
in the naked piecitos
of the barefoot children
ateridos of cold;
nor in the ragged skin
that it is kissed at night
with the ice cream pavement
of the great city.
You will only find peace
when they disappear
of the Earth face,
the torturadores of workers,
of estidiantes and farmers;
when the inequalities
have concluded
for the sake of an equitable mother country.
When in the misery belts
of the poor quarters
more is not listened to
the song of the hunger
in the entrails of the without be entitled
When the children spoiled by the luck
when becoming men
let become guns with eyes.
Entonces..Only enbtonces
your fatigue of peace will stop
because the man
he will be brother of the man
and architect of its own happiness.

COMMENTS TO THE MARGIN:
The Peace is an existential premise of the human race, that has its seat
in the existence of a society able to give to its members the equality
of opportunities for its psychosomatic unfolding.
Of alli that, in comunida oriented towards the dominion and exercise
of the power for usufructuo of a minority, of blow disappears the
essential requirement so that there is peace
It cannot have peace, while they have not been replaced to the
slumses with lasoluciones to his problems. Neither the less habrà

TO CREATE THE CATEDRA OF THE PEACE
Sooner or later it will be necessary to restore a faculty in
where the PEACE MANAGERS will prepare themselves. Nevertheless, as
well as the mighty rivers in their beginnings are thin water threads
qwue roll by the skirts of mountains. Thus ismo, this subject of La
Paz must begin with moderaciòn. For that reason, so far single it is
necessary to begin creating the CATEDRA OF La Paz, as it will work
assigned to all the faculties that exist in a UNIVERSITY.
What must contain càtedra of The Peace?
Among other things, the following ones:
Philosophy of the right, accentuated in rights of masses.
Architecture, directed to the creanción of habitats popular
Accounting, commerce and creation of companies.
Biology, sociology and psychology
If we took into account that the HUMAN BEING is an ANIMAL whose
experience is framed in responding to reactions to stimuli in a ninety
percent and responding to intelectivas attitudes, this use of its
thinking capacity, in a ten percent, becomes a deep study necessary of
què is what affects its behavior animal. It will be until important to
study INGINEERING GENETICS, because somehow the humanity must modify
itself to create the PEACE MAN.
The good thing is that not to exist the faculty of La Paz, his first
students podràn they themselves to structure a pensum of study for
THIS NECESSITY.
When writing these notes I do it with the purpose of exciting to màs
intelligent so that they collaborate in removing ahead these ideas.
As I am improvising in front of the computer, surely it will lack to
